Program Assistant

Primarily focused on providing services intended to help reduce the health risks in the target population, including individual assessment and counseling, group education and provision of program benefits.

Program Specialist

Responsible for implementing services specific to a program�s target population, assessing the needs of the target population and carrying out activities specific to the program, such as outreach, case management, referrals, follow-up, etc.

Requirements - thirty semester units in a relevant field, plus additional experience depending on the position available, good written and verbal skills, willingness to work non-regular hours as required, bilingual ability (English/Spanish) may be required for some positions.

Program Supervisor

Responsible for the day to day operations of the program, as defined by the Scope of Work objectives, time lines and measurements. The supervisor is also responsible for the coordination of all program staff. M.A. or M.P.H. in health education, social sciences or related field or B.A., B.S. in health education, social sciences, or related field with a minimum of three years experience.
