Sebastian House

Clinica Sierra Vista and the Kern Lifeline Project was awarded funding by the Department of Housing and Urban Development Supportive Housing Program to develop long term housing opportunities for homeless individuals and families living with HIV and AIDS.

The project consists of two, three bedroom furnished apartment units. Clients may be required to pay a portion of the rent, depending on income and family size, and they are also required to participate in an intensive case management program to assist in working towards self-sufficiency and independent living.

For further questions about the project please contact the Kern Lifeline Project at (661) 324-3262.
