Find Your Way to Better Care at Clinica Sierra Vista

Teen Success, Inc. Program is a program designed to empower and inspire high school age young mothers to reach their full potential. The program's goal is to help young mothers break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their children. Teen Success, Inc. is an 18-month program for expectant or parenting young women between the ages of 14 to 19 who have not yet graduated high school or received their GED.

The Teen Success, Inc. program includes:

  • Educational navigation and support to help young moms graduated high school
  • Parenting education to develop skills needed to nurture their child’s growth and school readiness
  • Coaching with a mentor to support goal setting, address challenges young moms may face, and connect to resources

A weekly Peer Learning Group where young moms come together and focus on parenting education, health and wellness, and self-empowerment.

Learn More About Our Teen Clinic

Teen Clinic is a teen-friendly environment where adolescents can come and receive FREE reproductive health services without their parents’ involvement. The program includes pregnancy testing, STI testing, contraceptive method education (including free condoms), or merely seeking to speak to a health care professional. The goal is to help educate teens by preventing unwanted pregnancy and STI’s (sexually transmitted infections) such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, trichomoniasis, herpes, HIV, HPV, and others.
