A true-blue Kern County native with deep ties to the Central Valley, Dr. Beare focuses his work on treating those who are often pushed to the margins of our community. From the chronically homeless to those suffering from a variety of Substance Use Disorders. His working philosophy and guiding principal is "go to the people". This ideologic approach to patient-centered care has given spawn to his Street Medicine team as well as his robust inclusion of Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder.
