Brian Conner

My 30-year career has been spent in the accounting and financial management field. I am currently the CFO of Bolthouse Properties, a family office that manages the real estate assets for the Bolthouse Family and other select clients. Before that, I served as the CFO at Jim Burke Ford, a large automotive dealership, and prior to that CFO of Lightspeed Systems, a software company. I started my career at Bolthouse Farms, one of the world's largest carrot companies. I was able to hone my skills by obtaining the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certifications as well as an MBA.

On a personal level, I am a fourth generation Bakersfield native and married to Cari and have two boys, Ethan and Caden.

Throughout my career, I have had the fortune to serve multiple organizations on the board of directors and in other capacities. I was interested in the opportunity to serve on the board at Clinica Sierra Vista because of the opportunity to join them at a unique time of organizational renewal. Also, their mission and vision meet a huge need in our community. If someone doesn't have good health, their ability to improve or even maintain their life is severely curtailed. Also, the board wanted additional finance and accounting skills on the board so that is a good fit. Joining CSV's board gave me the ability to be part of this outsized impact and join an outstanding board and executive team to further its mission to help touch needy people.
